As a father of two young children, I never know when the most terrifying four words are going to escape my daughter's mouth: "I have to pee." Once those words are uttered, it's a mad dash to find the closest restroom suitable for a princess's hind end. As a result, we have seen the best and the worst public restrooms in Charlottesville, VA. Unfortunately, the restrooms at the beautiful city parks leave much to be desired, and the lack of public restrooms in downtown is equally disappointing.
