Yukari Miyamae Gropes TSA Agent At Phoenix Airport (UPDATE)
TEXT SIZE:
AAAThe district attorney's office of Maricopa County have decided to drop the charges and turn the case over to city prosecutors.
PREVIOUSLY, 7/16: Yukari Miyamae, a 61-year-old Colorado woman, faces felony charges for groping a TSA agent.
Miyamae was in Phoenix's Sky Airport on Thursday en route home to Colorado when the incident occurred, KWGN reports.
According to the arrest report, Miyamae is accused of groping TSA agent Barbara O'Toole's "left breast through her clothing and squeezing and twisting it with both hands without the victim's permission."
Miyamae admits to groping the agent and faces felony charges of sexual abuse, the Daily News reports. Miyamae was released from a Phoenix-area jail on Friday.
This is a rare incident in the age of the TSA, when more notably TSA agents are accused of groping grandmas, babies and even celebrities, from Rumsfeld to former beauty queens.

Kiss em back.
Right on the mouth with the soggiest kiss you can muster.
When they protest.
You apologise with "Sorry, I thought we were going to have sex"
and then remind them "Didn't you tell me you were trying to make this as pleasant as possible ?"
Those who give up their freedoms for security have neither freedom nor security. Since when did groping women's private parts stop Muslims from blowing up buildings? Israel doesn't do this, & they have had many more threats then we.

This 'so-called' land of the free and home of the brave has been turned on its head. We have surrendered our freedoms. We meekly go through lines at airports; take off our shoes in silence. How is this different from the Jews going to concentration camps, to their death?

July 22 2011 at 8:24 PM Report abuse Permalink -1 rate up rate down ReplySince it didn't happen to you, a loved one or a friend then for some reason you people seem to think it's okay for this agent to be groped. You people are such hypocrites! After 911 we had so much unity... where is it now? 911 happened because we became to complacent. Don't get mad at the T.S.A.. for doing their jobs. They are trained to frisk or pat you down. Keep in mind that Homeland security came into existence because of 911 and now you don't even want to conform to the very simple rules and regulations that were put in place because of the many lives that were lost during 911. Next time you're received a directive from someone who's not only trying to save your life, the people along side you and theirs as well... do yourselves a favor and be "compliant and not defiant"!
July 20 2011 at 11:21 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyI cant help but think that this incident will not go without repercussions that will affect all future fliers. Everybody will now have to be at the airport 24 hrs prior to departure & put in restraints prior to the mandatory cavity search administered by T.S.A agents Bertha Broadhand & Bubba Buttslapper. God help us ! ! !
July 20 2011 at 9:16 PM Report abuse Permalink +1 rate up rate down ReplyIt says the suspect is accused of groping the agent's "left breast through her clothing and twisting it with both hands without the victim's permission". I can't understand WHY she didn't just ASK for permission first; then she could've avoided all thisbad publicity,,,
