Stop. The. Presses. THE Royal Couple, William & Catherine, flew a commercial flight home to London from Los Angeles on British Airways at the end of their official visit to North America.

The trip, which was a state-sponsored affair, was something of a catwalk for Kate, as she's called. The Princess donned dozens of outfits in the time she spent in North America, from cowboy hats to elegant day dresses to full-on gowns for a Saturday night fete in Los Angeles.

But it wasn't all glitz and glamor for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. They opted not to fly home on a private jet (which they flew to Ottawa on June 30th) and instead hopped a commercial flight.

Granted, the duo sat in first class on the London-bound flight, the Daily Mail reports, but they were amongst civilian travelers nonetheless.

Before boarding the plane, they stopped to talk to several lucky BA flight attendants.

This wasn't the first commercial flight for William. Back in March, the Prince visited New Zealand and Australia. While there, William and his entourage flew an Air New Zealand flight from Auckland to Christchurch. The royal's alias at the time? Mr. Pinkerton-Smith.

They will be the future of England. He will be a great King. Hope he makes it to the throne instead of Charles.

They are such a wonderful couple, and it seems that they are determined not to let being from Royals get to their heads. It is very classy & a lot of our politicians & CEOs need to learn a lesson from it. Well done your royal highness!!!!! And god bless you both!!! You are going to do a lot of good & bring a lot of good to this troubled world.

I agree with the comments about our first so called lady and her ontarage. Supper low class the we have come to expect form the 1st family. Lets spend as much as we can on travel while we are in office with no regard for the rest of the country in debt crisis. Great pathectic job Michelle...... Enjoy it now!!!! Your time is rapidly comming.

It's difficult to take your comment seriously when you write/spell like you have little more than a first grade education.

Most of the Windsors don't relish in the fact that they are royalty. The young ones try their best to be normal, average everyday people.
