A flight attendant discovered a tissue with "white dust" in the lavatory.
The flight, arriving from Seattle, was met with a hazardous material team upon landing at Orange County's John Wayne airport.
An airport spokeswoman told the Associated Press that the material in question was, in fact, the remnants of toilet paper.
All 151 passengers and six crew were evacuated from the plane as a precaution. The plane will be cleaned and returned to service.
This isn't the first questionable substance found on a plane in the last week: On Wednesday, it was revealed that a Delta flight had to be taken out of rotation and cleaned after rat droppings "too numerous to count" were found in the plane's food galleys.

rat droppings "too numerous to count"
That'll be three, given Delta staff. "One, Two, Many"

I have know idea why this link isn't posting correctly here ... so I suppose COPY/PASTE is the order of the day ....... This is extremely graphic and it happened somewhere in Maryland ! This is NEWSWORTHY and it should have been reported on here in HP. I can only guess why it hasnt !
Has common sence been replaced by masses of stupidity ? White dust that turns out to be toilet paper becomes a reason for Evacuation and a team of Haz Mat to get involved. Ok, I do understand that being safe is one thing, but this is just down right paranoia!
Newsworthy ? Not so much ~ Eating at Mc Donalds is far more dangerous to humans than this !

The above link is very disturbing and HP has not even had one line of news about it. Who was involved, wehre it took place and most of all ... What was the reasoning behind this!
"This isn't the first questionable substance found on a plane in the last week...rat dropping"...blah blah blah.
As if somehow there is a link between the toilet paper powder and the rat droppings....please. Get a real journalist.
here we go gearing up for another round of scare tactics to divert the publics attention from growing social problems
