Best place to see weird sea life will be off the coast of Japan in a few years.

In this case the word wierd is being used to indicate that they are not the usually seen sea creatures in photos, to draw more views. And, lets face it most sea creatures are unusual, to say the least.

These are all creatures of God's Beautiful Creation.
To call them wierd, beasty, and naughty is totally stupid.
They have been on earth much longer than humans.

take a look or two
but this is world
is theirs
visit softly
do not do anything
more than stare
respect all creatures
and where they dwell
this earth should be
a garden
not a hell

The green sea turtle are very majestic. You can see them year round along the coast of the Noelani resort on Maui. Amazing snorkeling or just viewing from an oceanfront lanai.

Thanks for the catch! The amazing creatures that can be found right off the Kona Coast are indeed Manta Rays. They come to feed on the plankton near Keauhou Bay. You can even see them from shore sometimes on the deck of Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort.

The rays off the Kona coast of the Big Island ARE NOT sting rays. They are MANTA RAYS. Manta rays ingest plankton unlike sting rays.

That is a picture of Manta Ray, not sting ray.
