Dreaming of a beach vacation, but not the high ticket prices and long layovers that usually come with it? Fear not. These budget airlines are debuting new non-stop routes to sunny and sandy destinations in Florida and the Caribbean, along with some very sweet prices.

1. JetBlue
Check out JetBlue for awesome new flight options to Turks & Caicos; San Juan, Puerto Rico; and Santiago, Dominican Republic. Flights from New York's JFK to Turks & Caicos started on February 17 (around $200 each way), and from Boston to Turks & Caicos (around $250 each way) on February 19. If your spring break stretches into May, starting on the 2nd you can fly from Tampa, Florida, to San Juan for less than $100 each way. Already thinking about summer travel? Boston to Santiago service will be available starting June 17th.

2. Vision
This is a great time of year to visit Florida's beaches, before the extreme heat and humidity of the summer settles in. Which is why it's so awesome that Vision is launching service from about a dozen cities to the Sunshine State starting March 25. Fly non-stop from Niagara Falls/Buffalo to Destin; Birmingham, Alabama, to Fort Myers; and Chattanooga to St. Petersburg, as well as many other options for as low as $59 each way.

3. Spirit
Spirit Airlines is getting in on the Florida action as well. Head from Latrobe (a regional Pittsburgh airport) to Fort Lauderdale for as low as $44 each way or to West Palm Beach from Detroit ($99 each way) or Atlantic City ($199 each way).

4. AirTran
The airline's merger with Southwest may still be in the works, but that doesn't mean that AirTran isn't getting in on the Caribbean action. A new route from Atlanta to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic launched February 16, with flights starting at less than $150 each way. From April 7 through October 24, AirTran will provide service from Baltimore to Bermuda, and from May 26 through September 6 you can catch a flight to Bermuda from Atlanta, as well. Flights from either city start at less than $150 each way.
