Situated on the South End of the island, its California-style wooden indoor and outdoor atmosphere awaits you. The staff is always friendly. If wings are your thing, you'll love the choice of over 30 flavors. Happy hour runs from 4PM-8PM daily, with many 2 for 1 appetizers at the bar, like their famous (and gigantic) "Super Spinach Dip," the very plump "Fried Shrooms," and the saucy pretzel bites. Wet your whistle with $2.00 domestic beers, $2.50 well drinks, or $3 house wines.

If you want to go "where everybody knows your name," then Reilley's Pub on the North End is the Hilton Head local bar for you. This rustic restaurant and bar has happy hour from 4PM-7PM Monday through Friday and attracts a potpourri of island locals from business executives to your local beach bums. Happy hour specials include $3.00 wells, $2.50 beers, and $3.00 house wines. Munch on appetizers like fried mozzarella, fresh spring rolls, or house made ravioli that melts in your mouth. Reilley's is tucked away in the back of the Port Royal Plaza.

A little bit of "Alice in Wonderland" and "Gilligan's Island" awaits you at The Mellow Mushroom on the South End. You'll be greeted with 10-foot sculpted mushrooms in the main area and an actual tiki bar to your right. They believe in being happy (or mellow) seven days a week with happy hour offered nightly from 4PM-7PM. Enjoy $1.50 beers from the best selection on the island (over 20 on tap and 50 bottled brands). House wines and well drinks are both $3.00. Pizza slices are offered for $1.50 from truly the best, non-greasy and ample-sized pizza I've ever had. Other yummies include hummus and pita chips, cheesy bread, and an array of wings all priced at $3.00-$4.00.

If wine is your passion, Wines Times 4 will soon become your new love! Situated in the Wexford Plaza, this cozy little bar is home to 72 different wine varieties for your sampling pleasure. Happy hour is from 4pm-8pm, and they also offer beers like Corona and Yuengling at just 49 cents per glass (yes, 49 cents)! The happy hour menu includes tapas starting at $3.00, and they try to host a different ethnic theme nightly, such as German Night and Mexican Night. Wines are not included in the specials, however, you can actually purchase tastes of the many wines offered at reasonable prices. Live music starts at 7PM, and you can listen to talented island locals strum their guitars and sing random folk-style music.

For the upscale crowd, the modern Aqua Grille on the South End is where you can end up in mojito heaven! Amidst one of the most spectacular beach views on the island, trendy locals flock to this chic location to be among the beautiful people. Upstairs and downstairs bars give plenty of room to mingle yet still hold a drink comfortably. Get lost in the ambiance that includes indoor waterfalls and giant fish tanks filled with colorful sea life. Happy hour is 5PM-6:30PM nightly, and you have a range of cocktails to choose from, like multiple mojito flavors at only $4.00 each. If martinis are your game, they offer 14 varieties like the Jolly Rancher and Lemon Drop at just $3.50. Of course, they still offer the basics like well drinks for $3.00 and beers for just $2.50. After all that drinking, you'll want to satisfy your hunger with yummy appetizers like the fresh tasting Thai Spring Rolls for $3.00, the flavorful and crispy Lobster Rangoons at $4.00, or an ample serving of Shrimp Cocktail for $5.00.
