Imagine walking into your hotel room and finding a strange man wearing your clothes, including your underwear and heels. That's what a Los Angeles woman claims happened to her at a Hyatt hotel in Deerfield, Illinois. Dayanara Fernandez, 36, has filed suit against Hyatt hotels in Los Angeles County Court saying the incident caused her emotional distress.
In the suit, Fernandez says she was in Deerfield in June to attend a wedding when she pushed past a cleaning cart to enter her room and was shocked to find a male hotel worker wearing one of her skirts and her high heels, as well as his Hyatt shirt.
The man, Oscar Garcia-Franco, ran into the bathroom to change, but left the door partly opened and a stunned Fernandez saw he was also wearing her underwear.
When Garcia-Franco emerged from the bathroom, he handed her several pairs of her underwear and other items, the suit says. He also begged Fernandez, "Don't tell, don't tell."
Fernandez reported the incident to management, police were called, and Garcia-Franco was charged with disorderly conduct. He later pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 90 days of court supervision and ordered to pay court costs of $187.
In the suit, Fernandez charges the hotel chain with negligence of hiring, supervision and/or training; invasion of privacy; and emotional distress.
Chicago-based Hyatt declined comment, a spokesman saying the company had not yet seen the complaint.

I just got home from work. I'm still wearing my high heeled strappy sandals. I love the looks I get from men when I'm wearing them with an especially short skirt, but they are uncomfortable after awhile. Why would any man want to wear women's clothes? I certainly have no desire to wear my boyfriend's steel toed workboots...LOL

Some people just have no sense of humor... and apparently no sense of fashion either.... I can see where the lady should be re-imbursed for the duds the guy handled... actually maybe they should sell them to the guy that wanted to wear them so badly... Trauma and suffering? Yeah... if you call laughing so hard you fall down on the floor suffering I guess she should get some dough for that too.
